INBRAIN partners with Microsoft to bring AI agents to graphene brain interfaces
The Barcelona company will use Microsoft's Azure AI tools to make its neural platform learn and adapt to each patient's brain signals.
INBRAIN Neuroelectronics, which develops brain interfaces made from graphene, has announced a collaboration with Microsoft. It will explore “agentic” AI on Microsoft’s Azure infrastructure, including time-series language models, so its neural platform can continuously learn from and adapt to individual patients’ brain signals. Target uses include Parkinson’s disease, epilepsy, and psychiatric and memory disorders, through closed-loop therapies.
It is one of the clearest examples of big-tech AI providers partnering directly with brain-implant companies.
