Neuronetics grows revenue 12.5% and has an accelerated TMS protocol under FDA review
Clinic revenue drove the third quarter, while NeuroStar system sales were nearly flat. A 510(k) for a condensed treatment schedule was filed in August.
Neuronetics reported third-quarter revenue of $42.0 million on November 4, up 12.5% from a year earlier. Most of the growth came from its Greenbrook treatment clinics ($26.2 million, up 20.1%), while revenue from its NeuroStar TMS systems rose 1.8% to $15.8 million. The net loss narrowed to $1.6 million, and the company kept its 2026 revenue forecast of $160–164 million.
The company says a 510(k) for an accelerated, condensed TMS protocol was submitted to the FDA in August and is under review; the release does not name the indication. Neuronetics also plans to seek clearance to run Wave Neuroscience’s EEG-guided PTSD software, cleared in June, on NeuroStar systems, but has not yet filed. Figures are company-reported.
